Who doesn't love a good camping trip? Even when the rain is pouring down on you it's still better then being stuck in a cubicle or on your couch, wouldn't you agree? Camping trips are supposed to bring us back down to earth, make our lives simpler, and rejuvenate our souls. There is only one problem, all the stuff and gear. All the things you always forget .
Now unless you are some sort of weird person who knows where you store all your stuff, never lose anything, and making packing and unpacking from your camping trips painless, you know what pain and frustration your camping gear can give you. Always impossible to find, and always impossible to put away again.
Normally once I reach my camping site after a Friday night of frantically throwing everything in reach into the back of my car, everything comes crashing out. And without fail, what I needed is back comfortably at home. There is some sort of magic magnet that connects certain camping equipment to our house, it will never come with you no matter how hard you try.
So, what are the 3 best ways to make camping trips easier? Easy, I have some answers! Besides, it's the middle of the winter, aren't you looking for something to do this weekend anyway's?
1. You need 1 camping tub.
No person in their right mind (used to be me) should go out the door for a camping adventure without "The Tub." What is the tub you ask? This is the big box that contains all your camping "must haves."
Your camping box should contain some flashlights, batteries, matches, paper, hatchet, tent stakes, cooking ware and whatever else it will fit.

Sit down and make a list of everything you always want or take with you on your camping trips. Go to Walmart and pick up a 5 dollar plastic tub. Go home. Throw everything in the tub. *Poof* You now have a camping tub you can count on. No more setting up tents in the dark because you forgot your flashlight.
You want to know the best part of that camping box? When you get home and you don't feel like doing anything, throw the box in the closet, done. Trust me, you will be the kind of the camp with all the gadgets, utensils, and gear in your possession.
2. Water Carrier
You drink water don't you? What is that one nice liquid that always seem to be missing when you want to cook, clean up, or are thirsty on your camping trip. Water. This is one of the simplest problems to solve, yet will make your next camping trip so much easier.
If you're cheap, head over to Walmart or to Amazon. They sell a million different kinds and sizes of water hauling containers that would be perfect for the back your car. Are you even cheaper then that? Save a few of those milk jugs (clean them out), and fill them up before you leave.
It's amazing how much water you need and use when on a simple camping trip to the local state park. Trust me, bringing your own will be a lot easier then multiple trips to that water pump on the other side of the camp ground. I mean you end up spilling half of it on the way back anyway's.
3. Bring a nasty camping towel.
Kind of weird uhh? Well guess what, a nasty old camping towel is a lot nicer then putting away that nice tent on Sunday morning that is all wet and covered with dirt and pine needles.

Your tent is your castle right? We love our tents and try to take good care of them. There is nothing worse on a tent then putting it away wet and full of dirt. A gold ole' camping towel will fix that problem in not time. Besides, who likes getting home from a camping trip and pulling out the tent to be cleaned and dried? that's what I thought.
One other thing I heard too, old camping towels fit great inside camping tubs!
Well, we have just managed to make your next camping trip a little less crazy. Trust me, you will be patting yourself on the back when your buddies forgot their flashlights and you whip out our trusty camping box. You will be king of the campground, prepared for battle.
